朝山早苗の自宅、そこは彼女のアイデアの源泉。スケッチやワイヤーアート、蒐集物が壁面いっぱいにディスプレイされる部屋は、彼女の作品そのものである。 ワイヤーアートで描かれるライン。スケッチで何度も描かれる線。散りばめられる色、形。 これらが奥行きと高さを得て、有機的でなめらかなジュエリーとなるのだ。
Asayama Sanae’s home is the wellspring of her designs. The room, adorned with walls covered in sketches, wire art, and collected objects, is a reflection of her very creations. The lines traced in wire art, the lines drawn repeatedly in her sketches, and the scattered colors and shapes—all these elements gain depth and height, transforming into her jewelry design.
小さな生命とアート
朝山早苗は代々コッカースパニエルのヴェネレ、ダルメシアンのジャジャ、鯖虎の猫ムーチー、現在は黒猫のムーチーと、窓辺に集まるスズメたち、カラスたちと、動物に囲まれて暮らしている。彼女のデザインの隙間には、こうした小さな生き物たちとの暮らしから生まれるものが少なくない。
Asayama Sanae has shared her life with generations of pets: “Venere” the cocker spaniel, “Jaja” the Dalmatian, “Muci” the tabby cat , and currently “Muci” the black cat, as well as sparrows and crows that gather by her window. Many of her design inspirations emerge from these small lives she interacts with daily.

抽象的な生き物たち
モチーフはあるようでない、心地の良いラインで紡がれる生命たち。部屋のあちこちに息づいている。
The motifs she creates seem to exist yet not, spun from lines that feel natural and comforting. They breathe life into every corner of her room.
ドローイングライン
ワイヤーアートも彼女にとってドローイングだ。 つぶさに観察するとそこからジュエリーの原型が立ち現れてくるようだ。
For her, wire art is also a form of drawing. Upon close observation, the essence of her jewelry designs seems to emerge from these pieces.
オリジン
この４ピースのワイヤーアート作品が、原点となる。
ちょうどイタリア留学を終え、日本で本格的に活動が開始するの時期に製作したもの。
彼女のスケッチの一手段として今日までワイヤーアートも増え続けてゆく。
These four wire art pieces mark the origin of her works. Created just as she returned from studying in Italy and began her professional career in Japan, these works symbolize her beginnings. As one of her methods of sketching, her wire art continues to grow and evolve to this day.
